Refunds and Cancellation Procedures

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

Café Orders

All Cafe orders purchased within 24 hours can be cancelled, and you will receive a full refund excluding shipping charges, taxes or commission. Should you request a cancellation between 24 hours and 36 hours after order purchase, we will initiate a half refund to your original method of payment and should you request a cancellation after 36 hours of placing your order; we will issue you a store - credit of $5 or $10 usable for your next purchase.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your food purchase, contact info@herbnoasis.com within 48 hours of delivery or pickup. Proof of purchase receipt is required.

Companion Services

After receiving a free assessment, once your order is placed, there is a $50 cancellation fee if a refund is requested within 24 hours. After 24 hours, or once you have signed the consent form, even if you are within the 24-hour window, your order is non-refundable and final.

Private Events (Oasis Escapes)

To be eligible to use our Private Event Center, You agree to be responsible for all event costs made since the last payment. This means you indemnify Herb N’ Oasis for any claims, damages, and loss incurred during the use of the space. All event costs are your responsibility, and you agree to pay up all event cost charges.  Below are compulsory Terms to use the Herb N’ Oasis Private Event Service (Oasis Escapes)

●       You also agree to be responsible for any damages caused during and after the use of the space.

●       You also agree that the Herb N’ Oasis Company retains all rights to any images before/after transforming the space for promotion and marketing purposes.

●       When you schedule an appointment to use our Private Event Service, you agree to schedule a Payment that will include an initial deposit of 50% of total costs for transforming the space; you also agree to pay the remainder upon completion of services  at the agreed upon time and date.

●       You agree to be responsible for all event costs made since the last payment. This means you indemnify Herb N’ Oasis for any claims, damages, and loss incurred during the use of the space. All event costs are your responsibility, and you agree to pay all event cost charges.

●       You agree that Herb N’ Oasis reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to use the services at our discretion.

Therapy & Life Coaching

If you schedule an appointment with us for Therapy or Life Coaching services, and you require cancellation or changes to be made to your scheduled appointment; at least 48-hour notice is required via email info@herbnoasis.com. Please note that late cancellations or no shows are billed at the full session rate and must be paid before another session can be scheduled.

Please note that Late Cancellations or No Shows are billed at the total session rate listed in your Intake Paperwork. Payment is due in full, unless a payment plan has been arranged in advance. To access a payment plan, you must request in writing the cost, schedule, and terms to info@herbnoasis.com. The therapist or coach reserves the right at their discretion to approve the payment plan.

Your continued use of the Herb N’ Oasis website and service constitute your agreement to this section, and you agree to have read, understand, and are personally responsible for all charges that occurred on your account.

You understand and agree that payment in full is due at the time services are rendered.
