With over 10 years in Human Services, trained in developmental psychology (birth through adulthood), Clinical Social Work & Mental Health, Evidence-Based practices (CBT, Mindfulness, DBT), and Holistic wellbeing, AJ offers wellness services that honor the experiences of members from marginalized communities and their allies.
AJ agrees with the concept of prioritizing one’s mental, physical, spiritual, and emotional health as a way to positively improve quality of life. The way they prioritize this balance for themselves is through their experiences as a personal trainer, therapist, bodybuilder, and aerial artist.
They also prioritize engaging their senses at sunrise with a brisk hike & some Thai tea, and feed their spirituality when they commune in nature at a music festival or aerial fitness class.
